At Rent ki dokan, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for both buyers and sellers. Our Returns Policy outlines the guidelines for returning items purchased through our platform.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

Returns must be initiated within 4 days from the date of delivery.

  • Certain categories are not eligible for returns, including:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Intimate items such as undergarments.
  • Digital products (e.g., downloads, eBooks).

Log In to Your Account:
Navigate to the “My Orders” section and select the item you want to return.

Request a Return:
Click the “Request Return” button and explain the return. If the item is damaged or incorrect, attach photos.

Wait for Approval:
The seller will review your request and respond within 24/42 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt until the return is processed.
  • Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, the refund will be processed within 24.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
